Sylveon and Clefable each have their own merits and flaws.
Sylveon's ribbon-like feelers can do many things that Clefable's two stubby arms can't, such as juggle multiple things to impress children (It's a great babysitter, btw). Also, it's great with Photoshop, though it may use the the pixel tool a little too much.
Clefable, on the other hand, is a great partner to have when you're one of those astro-science guys. It has an extensive knowledge of meteors and the moon, which is also great for bullshitting your way through an earth science exam. Plus, Metronome is fun for the whole family!
