Tail Slap is a move with 25 Base Power. It hits 5 times. On top of this it gets STAB bonus. On top of that each hit can flinch or critical depending on what items you give.
Jolly cincinno is also incredibly fast. Combine tail slap with bullet seed and / or rock blast and it wrecks assholes all day. Only problem is it's defence is literally shit-tier.
