>>22645098Out of those two, Sand Rush is definitely better since M-Garchonp's main issue is it's speed.
I like Intimidate a bit more though since it'd make it easier for Mega Chomp to setup and sweep. It'd make some competetion for M-Mence. On one hand, Chomp has two great stabs, 170/120 offenses, an immunity to T-Wave, access to Swords Dance, utility/support with Indimidate, and it speed ties with Greninja after Mega evolving if it were to have 122 Speed. On the other, Mence can roost off any damage, Refresh and stab boosted Facades to deal with burns, and an OP ability.
But Mega Chomp and normal Chomp could both easily become S-Rank in OU with these new modifications. Possibly M-Chomp being banned with how similar it is to M-Mence.
Another mega that needs fixing is M-Latios. Keep everything else the same (any stat increases would really be overkill)but replace Levitate with Adapatability just like it was rumored to have. Latias' levitate is replaced with Multiscale with the same stat distribution and Dragon/Psychic typing to keep it from removing M-Altaria's niche typing.
Make M-Absol Dark/Fairy. Although it's still frail, having stab on Play Rough allows M-Absol to take on Fighting types much easier and have nice overall coverage with Dark and Fairy.
Min Max M-Banette to make its stats look like 64/165/115/53/103/55. It's Ghost/Dark upon Mega Evolving now to gain stab on Sucker Punch/Knock Off. It gains access to recover or Slack Off, and Prankster now works on the turn it mega evolves.
Give M-Aggron and M-Steelix and other steel types a new recovery-type move in Gen VII.
