So I bred a perfect IV Bold Slowbro that I'm going to make a Mega Bro that has Oblivious, and a perfect IV Mudkip that has Torrent that I'm going to make Mega Swapert.

Is it worth rebreeding them to get Damp, and Regenerator? Or am I fine sticking with what I have?

Rebreeding for Regenerator for the Slowbro might be a good idea, because Slowbro is still viable without going mega. Oblivious does help protect it from taunters, though. Damp is a useless ability, there's no point in having it on your Swampert, mega or not.

Thanks for the input, but if I plan to use him as my main mega (i.e Mega Evolve it ASAP), would having Slack Off be an okay way to compensate for not having Regen?

I myself just bred 5 IV Buneary, and 6 IV Ralts earlier today as I'm interested in their Mega's but they're abilities were Cute Charm, and Synchronize. One of which would become Stead fast. And while they'd be Mega's and lose the ability, Limber and Justified would seem to be more important. The latter probably mores, because of switch in?

Given how frail both of those pokemon are, before going mega, you shouldn't be switching them in on anything unless your mon has just been knocked out.

So they are fine as are? I was asking a friend of mine the same question, and he told me that my perfect Ralts was "subpar" because even though it had perfect IV's it wouldn't get Justified as a Gallade and thus should only be used for breeding fodder. But I'm planning on Mega Evolving it anyway, so I figure I'd as here too.

In Buneary's case, I'd assume you could cover not having Limber with a Pokemon that has Magic Bounce, or Volt Absorb.

Switching in on a Dark Type move for the Justified boost for Gallade before Mega Evolving wouldn't be good? I really haven't used a Gallade or a Pokemon using Justified in general before so forgive my potential retarded question.

Lucario makes better use out of Justified than Gallade does. I don't thing having Justified on Gallade is all that important if you're gonna Mega it. I could be wrong though.

No. It has 68 / 65 defenses and takes neutral damage. Unless you're tanking a Knock Off from Alomomola for Ferrothorn, Gallde is just going to be taking way too much damage for it to be worth it.
