I'm sorry OP, but dual types are not in need of any nerfing, in 95% of the cases, the dual type creates at least as many weaknesses as resistances.

fixed/passive damage is unchanged typically. Delta stream doesn't reduce stealth rock damage for instance. I'd imagine it's always the same.

That's not nerfing, they take less damage too. Anyways most of the OU mons are dual typed. It just makes more sense for most of the dual types to be more skilled with their primary types
