Hell no. That fucker is more unpredictable than even Mega Lucario. Only Aegis and the frog should be OU, and MAYBE Mawile, if only because it loses to the current big 3 Megas and Lando.

And if Lando's not running max def + impish you get KOed by a combination of Play Rough + Sucker Punch. M-Mawile's just ridiculous, the problem is that once it's out on the field you are literally guaranteed to kill something.

Marginally less bulk, a shittier ability, a weaker mixed set, shittier movepool as it misses out on Fusion Bolt

It's generally outclassed, it probably could make UU if it actually had a Mold Breaker-like ability, but there is no real reason to use Kyurem in OU when Kyurem-B exists
