ITT: Waste free time by making up Smash Bros movesets for Pokemon that aren't already playable in Smash, I'll start.

Lickitung, strong and durable but really slow. Lickilicky a shit
Neutral B - Lick (functions like Charizard's Flamethrower but with lewd tongues, tongue begins to retract the longer it's used, can use it to reel in and eat certain items)
Side B - Rollout (functions differently than Jigglypuff's Rollout and more like Yoshi's Egg Roll, but slower and stronger)
Up B - Power Whip (Lickitung jumps up and lashes out its tongue to violently swat at shit above it, can grab and swing onto edges, can launch enemies)
Down B - Belch (functions like Wario's farts, but its explosion is not radius-based and it charges quicker, Lickitung belches in the direction its facing, at whatever is in front of it)

Slam is its side smash, Stomp is its down smash, Headbutt is its up smash, Body Slam is its dash attack, Wrap is its grab.

Probably not the most creative example, but I'm sure you guys have better ideas in mind.
