Heal Pulse can be used on yourself
Muddy Water deals both Water and Ground damage but is still ineffective to Water Absorb

I think some HMs need this badly
Like make Cut around 70 BP and either bug type or normal type with the side effect of being SE against grass.
Give Flash a chance to flinch targets
Lower Strength BP but give it a chance to raise attack by one level
Raise rock smash from 45 to 60

Stuff that makes em worth having around, especially fucking Cut.

Electric Terrain removes Ground's Electric immunity

Non-Poison types using Toxic would just inflict regular poison status.

This would be great for Poison-type usage, but it'd make stall brutally powerful. I guess the effect would be that most would need a Poison-type in reserve on their team? I can understand wanting to give Poison some love, but I'm not sure to that extent.

You know you only made the move worse, right? Boosting your opponent's SpA even more doesn't help you at all; confusion damage is based on Attack always and there's no special equivalent to Foul Play.

1. Why would the typing of Night Shade or Nightmare matter?
2. Why would Night Daze, Zoroark's signature move, be Ghost-type?
3. Why would any of the bone moves, none of which are learned by Pokémon that are Rock-type or anything to do with Rocks, be part Rock-type?
4. Why should Poison Sting, which is learned by mostly non-Bug-types, be Bug-type?
5. Why make a load of moves more complicated to work out type advantage for with no good reason?

Like Flash, Attract, Leer & co shouldn't move on a sleeping/frozen pokémon
Flash wouldn't work on a pokémon carrying Black Glasses
Sound moves would make it easier for a pokémon to wake up

Most of these shouldn't be changed as the thing about Flying Press was that Fighting and Flying each had coverage that didn't overlap one another. So that in the end, you wouldn't have any dual types being screwed over by being hit with a x8 or x16 multiplier, Grass being an easy target.

The only ones that will work from that list are
Magical Leaf, Mystic Fire, Ominous Wind, Solar Beam and Beat Up.
