What are all the best non-lv100 mons that are viable? Which ones are the most effective? Could you make a whole team of them and not get your anus reamed in every battle?

At the moment I'm in kove with Keknee. Pretty hard to counter if you've never seen it and very effective. Also: cute as fuck
