Actually, I'd probably also replace Primal Groudon. I don't know who would win the weather war, Groudon or Rayquaza, but who ever loses is getting a 4x weakness. Groudon is also much weaker offensively without his weather, so I'd drop him. I'd add Yveltal: Flying-type to abuse Delta Stream and has access to Taunt.
