Needs better stats, should be almost as strong in the specials as, and perhaps even faster than, Mewtwo.
It could be one of the deadliest legendaries if its stats were just a bit better - the fact that it can learn literally any move is huge.
Maybe we'll get a mega Mew, and it'll finally be battle-viable.
