Anger Point - Works with any physical mon
Cursed Body - He is a sentient bit of slime and pollution
Effect Spore - think black mold and shit like that
Desolate Land - a stretch to be sure, but more pollution shit
Sap Sipper - It's already resistant to Grass types and pollution loves to fuck with trees and shit

May not be the best reasons but that's why I listed it, those fit a theme of some sort.

Anger Point- Muk isn't know to be easily aggravated
Cursed Body-Reserved for ghosts and things possessed by spirits, which Muk isn't
Effect Spore- Muk doesn't have any signs of having mold growing on it, it's pure slime for all we know
Desolate Land- Creates sunlight which has nothing to do with Muk
Sap Sipper- Muk isn't a herbivore

Stallfags have a certain mindset. When you fuck with how they play, it messes with them profoundly. Removing leftovers on 1 or even 2 of their mons can bring their whole system tumbling down. But you are right, it is a bit weak. But that's how ice type is.

That almost puts it up to the same Attack as fully invested base 120's. That means you still need Adamant tho, and non-Jolly base 85 Speed isn't very fast.
