>blaziken>sharpedo>scolipede>ninjask>yanmegasecondary factors can make or break whether or not it's broken, decent, or mediocre. these factors might not seem important disregarding speed boost, but the issue is that you will very quickly be dealing with a +3 speed version of each of these. at that point, you must be thinking: how do I deal with this? Blaziken is not very easily OHKO'd at that point, especially since it likely had boosted once beforehand. Sharpedo doesn't hit as hard as blaziken and has to stay as its weaker unevolved state to rack up boosts, so it's not in the same league. Scolipede has great stats but its STABs are not immediately rewarding and thus it cannot kill its counters before they kill him as easily as blaziken. That miniature difference is what counts on whether a pokemon can turn a 3 kill streak into a 6 kill streak, and is what differentiates BL and uber. Ninjask has a mediocre attack stat, so it must boost, and its typing ensures it will be hit and damaged very easily. Yanmega suffers the same thing, though with better stats, a special bug unfortunately has many more problems to deal with, like weak STAB moves.
