1. Glorious Nippon is unaffected by the feminazi hordes.
2. Pokemon doesn't piss them off in the first place. The protag and most Pokemon can be female without a difference, and there have been a handful of female champions, a female professor, and countless female E4 and gym leaders. The only recurring role unaccounted for is the villainous team boss.

I know this is probably a joke thread OP but it's because Pokémon is a Japanese game series and Japan still has a 1950's view of women, i.e. it's cute when they have opinions but most people don't take them seriously.

Well from what I understand the feminists' problems is that all hardcore videogames only cater to adolescent boys.
However nintendo games are seens as causual by many and get off a bit easy. It's also important that Pokémon caters to children and not adolescent boys, so they lose some points there as well.

I mean they could probably critize the games for always giving the girl character short shorts or skirts while the male character looks relatively normal. But in the end Wallace is the most sexualized character after all.
