Are you really EV training with Super Training? That's tedious as fuck. Just go into horde battles with Pokerus and a Power item. If you use it for the evolution items, try playing in PGL; the attractions there give some of them very easily, the downside is that you need Pokemiles, but that shouldn't be a problem.

This is awkward as fuck, but after a few rounds I've gotten used to it. I'm partially ambidexterous (never developed the ability to write well with my right) though, so if you're stuck being lefty, you're kind of fucked. that's rare though because lefties get fucked in the world anyway and have to learn to be righties ;_;
