What's a good way to run Mega-Gyarados.

I'd really love to use him on a team, but I can't figure out a good composition or pokemon that synergize exceptionally well with him.

Additionally, I can't really decide which moves to put on him. I was thinking DDance, Crunch, Waterfall, and Protect, but I hate to miss out on Ice Fang and EQ.

Ice fang is no good, it's quite weak and hits nothing that Crunch wont at +1. EQ if Rotoms spook you. You can run Adament with 252 Attack and Speed if your team has lots of Fairy attacks.

Gyarados @ Gyaradosite
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Waterfall
- Crunch
- Earthquake
- Dragon Dance

If you don't have Fairy attacks, might want to run a bulkier set to kill Sableye. Max Attack with 168 EVs in Speed allows you to out run uninvested Mew and Taunt it, then DD and clean up. This set also fucks over Lando if you Mega Evolve after he U-turns, expecting you to be a Dark type.

Gyarados @ Gyaradosite
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 88 HP / 252 Atk / 168 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Taunt
- Waterfall
- Crunch

Not that anon, but Mold Breaker Earthquake is great in Doubles for levitate mons, especially Rotom W

whenever I try to use mgyara it never sweeps
its checks are too common, every good team has like 2 at least and it's not so easy to remove them
I'd rather just use some other mega

You're wasting a mega lot for mgyara.

Its sucks and slow as shit even after one DD, it has shit stabs and generally status fuck it over
pick a non shit mega
