Basically it's just a shittier compoundeyes everywhere it matters. Otherwise Land's Wrath would be a decent version of Earthquake since it doesn't hit your partner in doubles.

Basically the most recent legendaries have been outclassing everything else, including older legendaries. Thundurus is the new Zapdos, Meloetta is both a less bulky Cresselia and a worse Mega Lopunny. Even Arceus-Ghost is a worse Giratina.
