Hey /vp/ I got bored so I made up some stats for the Original Unova Dragon who Gamefreak will never officially make.

Original Kyurem
Type: Dragon/Normal

Attack-160
Defense-90
Special Attack-160

Flare Bolt; If this Pokemon is hit by a Fire or Electric move, it takes no damage and gains +1 to both Attack stats.

Mega Split Kyurem (No stone needed, gets Ice type-Dragon Ascent-ish move)

Absolute Zero; Gives all attacks a 10% freeze chance, stacks with freezing moves.

How is Ubers shaken up? Is RAYYLMAO usurped from his throne? Is Ice any less shit?

Kyurem has nothing to do with the original Dragon. It represents void nothingness; it's the hollow by-product of Reshiram and Zekrom being torn apart. Thus the original dragon would have no ties to Ice.

It needs Mega Evolution level stats off the bat.

It's supposed to be two incredibly powerful Dragon Pokémon in one, therefore it should be ridiculously overpowered.

I started with the name origins for Reshiram and Zekrom according to bulbapedo. Reshiram is essentially Re + japanese for white(shiro), and Zekrom Ze + japanese for black(kuro). Based on both of their names being based on their respective colors it seems logical to use grey for the original dragon. Haiiro was the most appropriate length for this. I also chose to use zen, which is japanese for total, includes ze, and is only one syllable like ze and re. Based on this we get ZenShiiro. Further corrupting the pronunciation gets Zushorii.

Now for typing. Since the combination probably represents enlightenment psychic type is a good choice. Reshiram and Zekrom get extrasensory and zen headbutt respectively. Another possiblity is the obvious fire/electric.

Lastly ability. Due to the duality theme Zen Mode/Stance Change fit thematically, but Mold breaker is possible for obvious reasons.

It would make sense to get some sort of fire/electric move, but tri attack would fit equally well.

You guys aren't giving a fusion of 3 Pokemon any justice. Half of these have even less attack/special attack than just Kyurem B/Kyurem W, especially as a mega who would be having less attack than fucking Heracross?
