Just from my experience, I've only ever heard teenage white kids dropping N-Bombs with each other. You don't really hear it from other white guys unless they're genuinely racist.
Then again, I live in the South, so take that into consideration. The word doesn't bother me, but I always find the dynamics of white people using it pretty interesting.
