Assuming it's not your birthday, have you tried turning off the game and turning it back on? Tried fainting in battle?

Otherwise either wait until tomorrow and see if that fixes it. If not, change the clock on your ds.

Generally any problems caused by changing the clock go away if you let it naturally go past midnight.
