it's nice to keep things unique. signature moves are nice. it helps immersion and makes more pokemon important and memorable.

Luxray's typing is shitty and his speed tier is garbage. His abilities aren't half bad though. What they really need to do is give him a mega that actually gives him some usable stats. Would work really well with Intimidate, too.
