Why would we need one? White Kyurem already kills M-Ray in a single hit with Ice Beam. Yes, I factored in Delta Stream. It's not enough to save Ray, not even if Kyurem is Timid.

Slap a scarf on the digimon spy and go to town.

Fucking shit everyone knows that. Meya Ray is still the only pokemon with 780 BST, a useful ability and no item restriction. It fucking wrecks everything, and if KyuW switches in on a Dragon Dance it loses anyway.

Mega Zygarde is gonna come out with 130+ speed, enough defenses to take Ascent, and has enough attack to kill even with thousand arrows. 1x Dragon Dance Rayquaza won't be enough to KO it and Aura Break will work on primal weathers so Rayquaza takes 4x from all its flying weaknesses.
