ITT: How do we make these Pokemon good?
I think without a Mega it needs a 3rd ability like technician, so its niche Mach Punch can be boosted and then min-maxed harder with choice support. Something better than Iron Fist.

I'm not sure what moveset expansion it needs though for coverage. It could use Bullet Punch...
