Hey /vp/, I'm looking for people who play by Smogon tiers that can teach me a bit about it. At the moment I only have one question: If I for instance make an OU team and ask on the Smogon forums for a OU match, do I have to use the exact same movesets/items/spreads showed on the mon's respective page?
