If something blame the general ratings downfall (despite 2014 had slightly high general ratings than 2013) and the diversification of the mon/little mecha/spins games and franchises (if at 2002 we had only Pokemon, Beyblade and Digimon, right now we have those 3 plus Inazuma Eleven, Danball Senki, Youkai Watch, Gundam Build Fighters in Japan, and we have Bajo Tierra and Tenkai Knights in the west. Kids have more options to choose.
