Kanto and Hoenn are concurrent.

Johto and Sinnoh take place three years after them.

BW take place at sometime after that.

B2W2 take place two years later.

Kalos is most likely concurrent with B2W2, or otherwise takes place sometime afterward.

What annoys me is that the Battle Chatelaines look the same in ORAS and XY. There is a minimum of 5 years between ORAa and XY(if there is only one year between HGSS/DPPt and BW,a dn that XY and BW2 are concurrent)
The youngest of them like Nita should look drastically different between the games, since you do change quite a lot over that kind of time spans when you're young.

iirc, In ORAS certain building is mentioned as being built, which is present in BW 2 i think, and the same building is mentioned as complete in XY
