There's a few good Mega Dragonites i've seen on /vp/, they're usually like the ones in the OP or have been done in the same fashion as Megamence or Mega Altaria.

I think my favorite concepts were Dragon/Water with Drizzle, and either reverting back to Dragon or staying Dragon/Flying but adding a special ability like Sheer Force, Magic Guard or Serene Grace.

Whatever GF does decide on, I hope it allows Dragonite to explore more options, as it really does have a humongous movepool.
