no, it isnt, powersaves rewrites the cartridge- injection involves a lot more modification and use of exploits.

powersaves uses no exploits and doesn't "inject" anything

You'd think that, but more to the point it's to have a little extra insurance against Fairies. Also, the option to poison multiple targets is always appealing, just make sure to pair the beast up with a Steel type so you don't poison your own.

That's before boost. So realistically at level 50 it'll go 122 -> 213
80/110/120/130/135/700 is not bad. It can run Physical and Special moves. And Water Absorb is a great ability. He's going straight to Ubers.

Personally I don't see a problem with a negative speed nature.
He also learns WoW, Substitute, Swagger. But I guess WoW is useless with mega scald.

Flare Blitz is pointless. Better to run Fire Blast. The only physical moved needed to run is superpower for the blobs, but I don't think it does enough, so I'd run all special with Steam Eruption, Earthpower, Fireblast, and Sludge Wave.
