Body Slam is shit. Run Thunder Wave if you want Para, and Return if you want a strong Normal move.
Bulldoze is decent, but completely useless against Minimize Drifblim or DT Skarm. Skarm itself walls every move listed here.
Phantom Force is a two turn move that lets the opponent set up a Sub, and is only ever used for stalling on Pokemon with no attack investment.
This is ignoring the fact that any good Evasion strategy probably runs BP as well, since it makes it more reliable and means any counter you bring can be immediately fucked over by passing to something that walls it.
Like I said, the only good strategy to beat evasion is just all out offense. Hence why Ubers has much less of a problem with Evasion, since everything there can OHKO anything that tries to set up.
