I remember the feeling of starting it up the first time, seeing that white star burst into the GF logo, and watching the intro showing N's coronation. That, together with the features announced before its release, really made me feel that these games would be different than the ones before.

God yes. I remember Pikablu having something to do with the keys someone had left in the game corner. You had to inspect them a certain amount of times and someone would talk to you when you leave the building to tell you about it. I tried it like 20 times, thinking i was doing something wrong or that my game was bugged.

I also remember Glitch City and that I caught Missingno without ruining my save (except the hall of fame which suddenly showed Mew.

How in the fuck? People here barely had internet back then. Yet the school was filled with Pikablu rumors.

I'm still mad my cousin made me start my game over to try and get this Pikablu.
