I ran into a shiny Krookodile once, 10 years later. Just as ironically, I was screwing around with walking through walls at the time.
I refused to use any hacked Master Balls and ended up killing it ;_;While searching for a Gorebyss in Y, I caught a Shiny Octillery. Yep, I found a shiny before I found a Gorebyss. Fucking encounter rates. No hax this time, I caught it by myself. It was a wonderful feeling, and I didn't even give a shit that it was a worthless fishing shiny.
