Samurott now has okay bulk, a much better typing, and access to a Physical or Special set, both boosted by Shell Smash. But with only okay defenses lowered by Shell Smash, Samurott has be carefully to not fall victim to priority attacks.

Watchog Evolution may seem pretty mediocre. And... it kinda is. But! Three words. No. Guard. Hypnosis. That along with 100% accurate Mega Kicks, Crunchs, and the ability to boost its attack with Swords Dance and an Item Watchog has the opportunity to pull off some great work.

Gains Earthquake

This may seem like a underwhelming choice for a mega design. Sure it's fast and hard hitting, but, there is one factor you probably failed to see. Turn one, if the sand is up, a Stoutland with Sand Rush will already have its speed double counted for the turn bracket. When it mega evolves it'll still have its doubled speed but it will also have its doubled attack, leading to a one turn Sand bomb.

Unfezent's battling style completely flips on its head with its mega, loosing most of its Physical attack and regaining it in Special attack. With a solid 130 Special attack, good STABs in Air Slash and Dark Pulse both boosted by Adaptability, and decent speed Mega Unfezent becomes very usable.

Mega Zebstrika is an interesting Mega, relying on a bit of luck to pull off correctly. Its ability, Augmentation, means Zebstrika will become more and more powerful per turn while allowing itself it be more vulnerable to counter attacks. With randomly boosting one of its attacking stats by one stage a turn while also lowering its defences meaning Zebstrika is going have to work fast before being taking down by a light breeze. The best strategy is to switch on an electric attack and get a speed boost from Motor Drive before Mega evolving to deal massive damage.

Mega Gigalith serves two purposes. A. Be the Special Attacking Rock type it should have been. B. Be competition for Mega Aggron. The Mega serves the first role nicely, losing most of its Physical attack for big gain in its Special Attack, thus insuring a good user of Power Gem. The second goal is a bit more subjective. It certainly does beat Mega Aggron on the Special defence front, but Physically defensive its lacking a full 50 points and it's still a rock type. Still, it's a trade off. Less Physical bulk for more Special bulk or pure Physical resistence.

Similar to Aegislash, Cofagrigus switchs between an attacking form where it exits its sarcophagus and a defence form where it hides away in it. While still very slow, it's much more bulky in its Attacking Form then Aegislash.

Garbodor is an... interesting evolution. Rather then regressing the garbage theme it chooses to embrace it. Garbodor adopts a steel dumpster shell, giving it the steel typing, but thanks to the wheels on that dumpster Ground type moves are weakened, thus saving Garbodor from an unsightly Earthquake.

Gains Iron Defense

Mega Accelgor and Escavalier are listed together here because they are double themed. To evolve once, their unevolved forms switched armor, to evolve again they return it to where it belongs.

Escavalier loses its steel plating and gains a fighting typing, allowing it to move much more quickly and to hit harder at the cost of defenses. Accelgor regains its steel typing greatly increasing its defenses but at the cost of speed. = Escavalier still retains some of its protection though, gaining the ability Heatproof. Accelgor still has its speed somewhere inside it and it comes out more and more as the turns past thus gaining the ability Speed Boost.

Two Pokemon. Tied in evolution. Till the very end.

Klinklang has one great gem in its move pool. Shift Gear. Being a better Dragon Dance, you'd think Klinklang would be higher then NU right? Well Klinklang has the worst movepool possible and mediocre at best stats. But with boosted Speed and
Attack plus Knock Off, Klinklang can finally take advantage of its, previously, only treasure.

Ah Eelektross, always too slow and too weak. But with your mega you get to be... kinda fast. Yeah a hard hitting Pokemon with no weakness will benefit from mediocre defences. Merely because it doesn't want to be send to Uber hell. But with a 101 speed and good mixed stats, Elektross is great for your midtier sweeps.
