Parasect isn't terrible due to typing.
It's base stats are pretty decent but only top out at 405. With terrible speed it either needs a boost or some sort of priority status move/ability. An evolution would help it tremendously, it could use a boost in Hp and a bit more attack wouldn't hurt.
