See, now I can honestly see why people inject with shit like this in the game. It seriously makes no sense at all, every other mega-stone is easily obtained with other means. Why is the one for Garchomp so fucking stupid?

The pokemon games have always been tedious, with tons of padding, and arbitraty restrictions to getting the mons you like with the moves you want.

That's why battle simulators became a thing in the first place.

This isn't fucking animal crossing it's a turn based RPG, you can literally get every single mega stone in a single sitting with 'minimal tedium' but why do I have to wait over the course of a week (or more) for a single mega stone? It's shit; this literally takes the shit cake in terms of stupidity for what gamefreak is trying to pull.
Worst of all there isn't even anything to do with battling, it's worse than bike simulator. With masion you at east have battles and eye candy with some ridiculous NPC dialogue but this, this is just going from place to place for almost nothing.

Maybe loyalty; but really all it is, is that I look at the main series as an RPG first and a battle simulator second. I'll agree that they've been pulling this kind of shit since the beginning... or fairly close to. But, I will say there has always been something about any of the regions that I can enjoy, not only for the new pokemon or NPC but just being able to run around; but in the case of something like this (garchomp mega stone) you really have no freedom, it's a daily chore. Like I said before, this isn't animal crossing, something shouldn't feel like a chore; as for myself, I don't mind hatching several dozen eggs, or training up some mons, as long as in the end I can still play with them online or in game I really could care less.
As for Yahtzee, he does have a couple very good points and I'd say many people on this board could take a few minutes to have a listen and look at themselves and realize that thy're being a bunch of faggots.
In the end, do what you want and don't critisize others for what they do in game or how they play the game.

I should elaborate, I was on a trip to see my friend and I left my X version at his place (nigger's probably gonna sell it); I will agree they have their fair share of better qualities but overall, X/Y and SORA are about on par for quality for me personally. But that's just my opinion.
