Go 31 ivs down the line unless you're a special attacker/ using hp/ trick room.
Finally pop 4 egg moves on there and you're done.
It takes less than 2 minutes so i dont see how it takes the same amount of time as breeding your egg moves first, then waiting for something with perfect ivs to hatch esp. if it needs a HA or uses HP.
