I love Dragon type as much as the next guy, but as of now Fairy is much better both offensively and defensively. The mons are a different question though. GF loves to make OP dragon legendaries to make up for their shit defense/offense, so we still have that.

Seriously, use Hydratation Rest Goodra with Damp Rock.

The list of things that can prevent the downpur and the stall is minimum.

Manual weather dosen't suck.
For me it's a better option that to waste a slot on Drizzetoad. Politoad becomes a target when the rain is about to run out, one mistake and you're lost.I use 2 Bulky and 1 Prankster Rain Summoners.
