Now that this badass is FINALLY getting his H/A. What would be his best set? I was thinking 252 atk and 252 Spd.

Waterfall
Ice punch
Crunch ???

Would jolly be better or is it not worth dropping its Atk stat?

Superpower or your walled by Ferrothorn.
Rock Slide can let you beat Gyarados

Either way you are walled by a lot of common mons like Venusaur and Ferrothorn.

You could always run Double-Edge or Body Slam. Water + Normal is surprisingly good, and lets you hit some shit neutrally, like Keldeo.

Superpower and Rock Slide are options as well.

I figured out this set just now:

Feraligatr @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 88 HP / 252 Atk / 168 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Waterfall
- Ice Punch / Rock Slide
- Earthquake
- Dragon Dance

168spe Adamant lets it outrun 252+ base 110 after one DDance. 252+ Attack for maximum power, and the remaining 88 dumped into HP to help its actually decent bulk so you can get a DDance off easier. It oughta do well enough.

You can also run Jolly 64 HP / 252 Atk / 192 Spe to outrun base 130, if you want. Personally I think it needs the power, but it's certainly a reasonable decision to run this set.
