if you're doing the flame orb version you use calm mind, since nearly all physical mons get crippled anyway. Exponentially more powerful with SpAtk boosts so you don't have to go to +6/+6. If you're using Cosmic Power, you slap on a weakness policy for +2 SpAtk and the BP multiplier from the +2 Atk on top of cosmic power.
