I tried to make a list of the best designs. I only used one from each line, so if an entire line is good, I tried to choose the best looking pokemon from that line. I tried to choose a good mixture of all the types and stuff where the design makes sense.

A few of them made it on for sheer coolness and/or cuteness. Like Victini. Sure, his gian V head is useless and kinda stupid looking, but he's so damn cute that I can't love him.
