>>22752862I think its body got less serpentine, making it look much shorter, not to mention that its "segments" get smaller, instead of staying the same size. I wish there was an excuse for this, like to make it more hydrodynamic or something but its speed is the same.
I also think it's funny how it gets these wing-looking fins but isn't Flying-type anymore. It's not bad design-wise, it just needs stat/type revamping.
