So guys I have question about the pokemon bank.
Is it tied to a 3DS ? Like if I change my 3DS will it still work? Also is it supposed to be compatible with gen 7 ?

it is tied to the 3ds not the cartridge, so if you go to another 3ds it won't work. but if u put another cartridge (or/as/x/y) in the same 3ds it will also work.

If you get another 3DS and do a system transfer, your bank and its mons will be on the new system. It's tied to the SD card and system just like any other program you download from the eshop

Your bank is tied to your SD card, so you only get on your bank if it is on the SD card.

You can use your cartridge on anyone's bank if you go on their DS, this also bypasses region lock.

When the time hits 0, you can just buy another 365-day pass. Don't worry about them deleting your shit, they probably won't touch it for months.
