Some of them can only exist legally if they have a ribbon that doesn't allow them to be traded on the GTS. That is the part I don't like.

The worst part is that they want LEVEL 10 OR UNDER legendaries that you get at a level 40 minimum

If all you can find on GTS are legendary or impossible trade offers, then all LEGAL AND REASONABLE offers are DONE.

Simply upload ANYTHING reasonable and request the pokemon you want and you will have it within a fucking hour

This. Try looking up Ledyba and see what you have to give up. I tossed up a Bellossom asking for one and got a Ledyba quite quickly.

They're mostly little kids. When a regular guy requests a reasonable Pokémon the trade is almost immediate, so the ones that stay the longest on the GTS are those impossible requests made by little kids or very autistic people.

Just do the opposite: you need a Seel? Post a Shroomish for trade, and wait some time. There will always be someone like you who's looking for a reasonable trade.
