Gen V is my favorite gen design-wise and game-wise, but it does have some inexcusable designs.

I guess we'll just have to wait another two gens before it'll start showing up in "most forgettable pokemon" threads.

Nah, bad design aren't bery forgettable usually. Stuff is forgettable the more 'meh' it is. It's like an 'u' shapped valley, on which extremes are the really bad stuff and the really good ones. Its stuff like Finneon and Lumineon what gets forgotten, not Swoobat.

Also gen V a best. Vanilluxe and Scolipede are among my favorite niggas, although If I had to choose an overall Gen V favorite that'd probably be Chandelure.

It's a shame that such a fantastic ability - Simple - is wasted on such a terribly designed Pokemon, especially when the only other Pokemon that get it is the Bidoof line and fucking Numel, not even Camerupt.
