Tornadus doesn't need as much speed. Think its like 216 naive which is good. Rest in atk.
I wouldn't use BD azu. You already have a wincon vs offense with Exca. Also azu will get really low when sand is up for a while. Either get rid of it it or replace it with a CM keldeo with Leftovers who deals with Stall better and can set up better. Or just use CM clef if you want a fairy. Doesn't take DMG with magic guard and deals well with balance and stall.
Latios should have trick over ice beam.
Do you really need rapid spin on exca? You've got one SR weak Mon who can already regen it back. I'd go for SD than Rapid Spin.
That's my immediate thoughts. Also work out your ev spreads more. You don't always need 252/252 on everything. I can't ev off the top of my head tho but I would suggest changing the ttar the torn and whatever thing you want to change with azu.
Also I would change Lop to Megagross idk it just fits better of you go for a keldeo. If clef leave it. If azu leave it. If you want to keep azu. Make it AV but you still need a better answer for stall.
