Looker is a semi-interesting character, and is a Gen IV native character. He would definitely be back. I can't say the same for Charon, but he was absolutely worthless anyway so it wouldn't make a difference.
The Distortion World would probably appear in a post-game story similar to the Delta Episode, but I wouldn't put it past them to dumb it down for the kiddies.
Finally, the battle style for Gen VI is good enough (no h8, my opinion), so I wouldn't be too disappointed if it looked at least similar to it.
