Serperior is good. It's fast enough to outspeed the base 110 benchmark, has decent bulk, a decent slew of important resistances, and forces switches like crazy.
Remember how people were praising Mega Sceptile because OU kinda needs a fast, powerful Grass type attacker? Serperior kinda replaced it, and has an important niche in OU.
It works. The pros outweigh the cons. If you're going to pick it apart and say that it's bad because of one aspect in particular, you need to look at how it works as a 'whole package'.
