How can I make this happy motherfucker viable? It's stats couldn't be much worse but hell it looks so damn happy, it deserves to be used.

Porygon got evolutions so they can focus on those and not talk about Porygon mk1 itself. A mega for Whiscash however would only draw unwanted attention back to it.
