I don't like Mawile as much as I should, it could have been way better and its Mega is a mass of wasted potential.
Here you have a Pokemon who's gimmick is that it has two different faces, 1 real 1 fake. One, the fake, is menacing and used to scare away predators from the cute and defenceless real half.
You could have done a really cool role reversal evolution where the cute half now becomes the fake, the lure, and the menacing half could be the real predator. Instead the mega is a terrible case of just gets bigger (like most megas).
