I think that the Generation VII starters should be Dark-, Steel-, and Fairy-types. No dual-type starters, at least for one generation. All the rivals and gym leaders and Elite Four can be tailored to fit this structure to either make the game just as challenging as it has been (for the sake of first-time players) or to make it more challenging than previous games.

Does anyone else think this is a good idea? I have no problem with the Grass-Fire-Water template per say, but it's only a matter of time before they shake things up some more anyway.
