You'd think with all the options they have for alternate forms, split evolutions, etc, they'd use that to "fix" pokemon evolving into shit with controversial designs like Dragonair or Sligoo. Would anyone complain if a new evolution for Dragonair/new form for Dragonite was available, same stats etc as Dragonite but with a better appearance, more consistent with the rest of the line, without removing or changing the original form?
